The resort’s 560 private villas overlook golf courses, lagoons, a park and, of course, the ocean. Privately owned and individually decorated, they range from 1-4 bedrooms throughout West and East Beach villages, offering guests a flexible vacation experience.

Many of the villas of West Beach Village allow guests walk to amenities including restaurants, the Strawmarket shopping village, the West Beach Tennis Club and Cougar Point Golf Course. Your villa may overlook the fairways or the ocean. It may place you on an exotic lagoon or adjacent to the tennis courts or a golf hole. Some include fireplaces and screened porches, and all provide the privileges and preferred pricing offered to all of our Resort guests.

East Beach Village offers another island villa lifestyle. About two miles down the beach, this village places you close to Night Heron Park (home of our Nature Center), The Sanctuary, as well as the Bike Shop, a pool complex, a market and the East Beach Tennis Club. The villas offer ocean, lagoon, golf and dunes view.
