The PGA Historical Center

This facility, with one of the most
extensive golf libraries in existence,
features PGA archives that com-
memorate the history of the game.
Much of the memorabilia currently
showcased in this facility was
originally part of the PGA World
Golf Hall of Fame in Pinehurst,
North Carolina, and the Probst
Library, and is considered one of
the three premier golf libraries in the world.
The 8,300-square-foot facility is an extension of the association's history and a
means to give added recognition to PGA Professionals who have contributed so much
to the growth of the game of golf. The halls are filled with 9,000+ books and periodicals
dating from the 1700s, in addition to golf-related art, sculpture and trophies.
Admission to this historical facility is complimentary to all visitors and is
a "must see" on any visit to the PGA Village.
