Golf Travel Update: UK/EU Visas

ETIAS/ETA update

Both the European Union and the United Kingdom announced plans earlier this year to roll out new entry requirements for passengers traveling by the end of 2023. Both the European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS) for the EU and the Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) for the UK were set to launch by November this year.

The staff at Premier Golf constantly monitors changes in requirements for our clients to travel abroad and it has just been announced that the rollout of these programs has been pushed to 2024. No official start date has been set at this time and no applications are being collected.

Please keep in mind, these requirements can change quickly, so it is advised to monitor your airline sites, and the Department of State’s travel website, and check in with your Golf Travel Specialists, if you have any questions.
