Proudly established as one of the top cities in the US for attractions, golf trips to Orlando provide no shortage of entertainment and great courses to play.
Golf in Orlando is among the best in the country. Home to a variety of prestigious courses, from Arnold Palmer’s Bay Hill Golf Club, which hosts the Arnold Palmer Invitational annually, to the Robert Trent Jones designed Celebration Golf Club. Other notable courses include the Jack Nicklaus designed Grand Cypress (host of the LPGA and the Golf World Cup in the 90s) to the 18-hole Falcons Fire course.
Around 55-60 million people visit this Floridian paradise every year, enticed by its warm climate and abundance of activities. Home to multiple theme parks, including the world-famous Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. You’ll also find Lake Buena Vista Golf Course located at Disney World – and The Walt Disney World Golf Classic is played at the Magnolia and Palm courses situated near the park.
In the South East of the city you’ll find Orange County, home to two famed championship golf courses, the 18-hole Crooked Cat course and the Panther Lake course, which features beautiful scenic views and lakes lining its sloping fairways. On the South West side of Orlando is The Reunion Resort, home to several golf courses designed by golfing legends Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer and Tom Watson.
