The Links Course

The Links Course at Wild Dunes was Tom Fazio’s first solo design. The course opened in 1979 and was more recently renovated in 2015.

The picturesque championship course offers rustling palms, rolling fairways, challenging elevation and unrivaled views over the Atlantic Ocean.

The Harbor Course

The Harbor Course at Wild Dunes offers a slightly different experience from The Links Course, in that there’s plenty of water! From lagoons and salt marshes to the Intracoastal Waterway, The Harbor Course will really test your golfing abilities. The Harbor Course was also designed by Tom Fazio, offering a par-70 golfing experience.

Wild Dunes is a beautiful beach resort with easy access to the Isle of Palms beach. The resort caters to everyone, from couples to large groups. Golfers can choose from four luxurious accommodation options. The Sweetgrass at Wild Dunes is the resort’s newest addition, offering island and ocean views. The Boardwalk Inn is a Four Diamond hotel with beautiful coastal rooms and suites, while the Residences at Sweetgrass offers one, two, and three-bedroom suites and penthouses. The Wild Dunes Resort is an oceanfront resort on Isle of Palms, South Carolina, United States.

You can explore the island on a golf cart, but they are not allowed inside Wild Dunes after dark and cannot be driven on bike paths, beach accesses, golf course paths, or the beach itself.

The nearest airport is Charleston International Airport (CHS), 17 miles away, with a driving time of about 30 minutes.

During the day, you can drive a golf cart on Isle of Palms, but only on public roads with a posted speed limit of 35 mph or less.

There are two golf courses on the Isle of Palms, both part of the Wild Dunes Resort, including the Links Course and the Harbor Course, designed by Tom Fazio.
