The Emerald Course is intended to deliver fun in the first degree. With a serene lake and ocean backdrop, the scenery on this course speaks for itself. As for Wailea Blue, you can expect a classic island resort course, complete with coral bunkers, risk-reward choices, and unique vistas.

How to get to Wailea

Wailea Golf Club and Resort is the ideal addition to a Maui or Hawaii golf tour. Located on Maui’s southwest coastline, Wailea Golf Club is easily accessed from Maui’s Kahului Airport. A short but scenic 35-minute transfer takes you through the spine of the island, and through the foothills of Mount Puʻu Kukui. Flights are available throughout Hawaii and across the USA.

The best times of the year to travel to Wailea are in the Winter or Spring (mid-December to March), but it’s possible to golf across all the Hawaiian islands year-round.

The closest major airport to Wailea is Kahului Airport (OGG), which is just a quick 30-minute transfer away from the venue.

The Average round time for Mauna Lani depends entirely on the course you’re playing, the number of people in your party, and your personal skill level. For example, a skilled solo golfer might get through the blue course quickly but take 3 to 4 hours and above on the more challenging Emerald and Gold courses.
