The 18-hole layout stretches to around 7,300 yards and features an unusually balanced configuration of five par-3s, ten par-4s, and five par-5s. The front nine opens with a challenging right-handed dogleg before working around the Óbidos Lagoon, with the 3rd hole, a par-3 to a dramatic island green, the standout of the outward nine.
The back nine shifts towards the Atlantic, where a system of interconnected lakes and cascading streams keeps water in play throughout. The par-5 18th closes with a sweeping view of the course, the clubhouse, and the ocean, a fitting finish for Ballesteros’ final layout.
