Day 1
Arrive in Dallas and make the short drive north to Omni PGA Frisco Resort. Along the way, stop at Sullivans Old Town BBQ and try some legendary brisket, where they still use real wood smokers to slowly cook their meats.
If you’re itching to get some golf in, try The Swing, a 10-hole short course on the property.
Day 2
Head out to The Dance Floor, one of the largest natural-grass putting surfaces in the country after breakfast to get your putting in order.
Today is your first round on Fields Ranch West. When you’re done, maybe find a spa treatment or a cabana by the pool to relax for the remainder of the day. Dinner at Trick Rider is a must to celebrate the trip!
Day 3
After a meal at Ryder Cup Grille, it’s now for the real test: Fields Ranch East, this Gil Hanse-designed track will quickly become synonymous with championship golf.
The walking-only course will play host to several upcoming major amateur and professional events, including the 2027 and 2034 PGA Championships. Play Fields Ranch East before everyone else does, with Premier Golf.
Day 4
Golf is done and it’s time to head back home. Get one good last look at the resort from The Apron, a California and Texas fusion restaurant before leaving for the airport.

The PGA of America relocated from Palm Beach Gardens, Florida to PGA Frisco in 2022, making the state-of-the-art facility its new home.

The indoor putting green even includes motion capture sensors, bringing all elements of modern teaching technology into one location.

How to get to Omni PGA Frisco Resort
Omni PGA Frisco Resort is located a 30-mile, 35-minute transfer from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), which serves the United States and many International routes. Austin is around a 3.5-hour drive, and Houston is around 4 hours.
Once at the Omni PGA Frisco Resort, all of the facilities are within a short walk from the hotel rooms, suites, and ranch houses. Dallas and Fort Worth can both be easily explored from the resort location.
