Kristen Barr, Manager of Domestic Golf Travel
Following her time with incentive companies Incentive Solutions and U.S Motivation as an Account Manager, Kristen joined us in 2006 just in time to play a major role in the 2006 Ryder Cup. Kristen's major responsibility is with our Ryder Cup project and coordinating corporate accommodations for PGA events. She also serves as a Golf Travel Specialist, specializing in Bandon Dunes. Kristen and her husband Brendan (a Philadelphia native) live in Atlanta and wrestle over whether their two sons, Ryan and Keegan will be Braves or Phillies fans.
Suzie Cusentino, Director of Operations
After several years in accounting and finance positions, Suzie joined us in 2010 as our Accounting and Administration Specialist and now serves as our Director of Operations. With so much emphasis on sales and service it's important we have someone whose role it is to keep us grounded and to insure bills are paid and collected. Suzie also oversees our sales reporting and our Globetrack reservations system. Suzie's two boys, Adam and Alex, are in college and she lives in Alpharetta, GA.
Brian Davis, Golf Travel Specialist
Brian started with Premier Golf in 1989 (We were called PGA Travel back then) shortly after the company was founded. He was a Golf Travel Specialist and was very involved in our first Ryder Cup experience at Kiawah Island in 1991. Brian was kidnapped by our parent company, Travel Incorporated, and has served as a corporate travel consultant for the last several years. We got Brian back last year and he now serves as a Golf Travel Specialist and as one of our air agents. Brian and his wife, Amy, have one son, Cody.
Alison Deane, Ireland Manager
Since 1998 Alison has led our full time office near Ennis and Shannon Airport. Previously, Alison worked in high-end hotels and USA country clubs for about 10 years, learning the high standards of American golf travelers. Alison is well-known in the Irish golf and travel community and lives in Quin with her husband Barry and two daughters
Euan Findlay, Manager of European Operations
Euan has been with us since 1999. Born and raised in Glasgow, Scotland, Euan studied at University in Edinburgh before continuing his studies on a golf scholarship in Kansas. Euan, who is a Course Rater for Golf Digest, has worked in the travel industry for Sheraton in Steamboat Springs, Colorado and Seabourn Cruise Line both onboard the ships and in London. Euan now lives near St Andrews with his wife Hilary and three sons, Callum, Hamish and Corey.
Chris Gurney, Sales Consultant
Following successful business ventures in which he developed extensive sales and marketing experience, Chris joined us in 2008 as Director of Business Development and now serves as a Sales Consultant. He has been primarily responsible for many of our PGA professional group programs and the growth of our PGA business. Be prepared if you want to talk golf with Chris. He remembers every hole of every golf course he has ever played. Chris lives in Clearwater Beach, Florida.
Sandy Hager, Golf Travel Specialist
Having worked in the fields of education, business and travel, Sandy brings a variety of experiences to the Premier Golf Team. Premier Golf is perfect for her return to the travel industry where she now assists clients in planning their golf vacations. Sandy lives in a North Atlanta golf community where she tries to stay one step ahead of husband Roman, two teenage step-daughters and two Yorkshire Terriers, Bogey and Sport.
Bill Hogan, International Travel Consultant
Bill joined the company with our successful merger with Wide World of Golf in 2010. Wide World of Golf has been a fixture in the golf travel industry since 1957 with a "who's who" client list from the world of sports, entertainment and politics. Bill has been in golf travel for 30 years and is a recognized expert, being a Top 100 Panelist for GOLF Magazine and Platinum Clubs of The World. Now having played golf in 58 different countries, Bill and his wife Michelle live in Austin, Texas with their children Haley, Nick and Grant.
Ann Mabry, Managing Director
Ann joined Premier Golf in 1993 and took responsibility for the 1995 Ryder Cup. She has had primary responsibility for every Ryder Cup since. In addition to her responsibilities as Managing Director, Ann also has her own loyal client following, specializing in the European golf destinations. Born in Scotland and raised in Ireland, many people love to call us just to hear her talk! Ann lives in Suwanee, Georgia with her husband David and son Douglas.
Ed Schmidt, Writer/Social Media Director
A prolific writer with more than 3,000 articles and columns published in U.S. and international publications, Ed serves as our social media director and special projects writer. Publisher of popular The Golf Travel Guru Blog, Ed has authored three books on golf and travel. An intrepid global traveler, Ed's research treks have taken him to exotic locals around the world such as China, Kenya, Tunisia, Canary Islands and Morocco as well as golf meccas like Scotland and Ireland. He lives in Orlando, Florida.
Paul Schwartz, Golf Travel Specialist
Paul earned his law degree from the University of Michigan and began to practice in Atlanta. He realized fairly quickly that a law career would not be his first love. After a career in sales, primarily to the legal industry, Paul chose to pursue his real passion, a career in golf working for a golf travel firm based in London, and then in 2017, Premier Golf. Paul has played extensively throughout the U.S. and Europe. Paul lives in Alpharetta, Georgia with wife Julie and two teenage daughters, Jessie and Abby.
Jim Ward, President
Jim joined Travel Incorporated as Executive Vice President in 1985. He became president of Premier Golf in 1987 when the company was established primarily to provide golf travel services to PGA of America members. Today, the company still serves PGA members as well as the general golf traveling public. Jim and his wife Sandy have three grown children and live in Cumming, Georgia. Despite several requests from the rest of the Premier Golf team, Jim refuses to retire.
