10 Night Itinerary

Day 1 – Friday, August 14

  • Fly into Calgary – Transfer to Banff, Alberta and meet your group at YYC Airport, and motorcoach transfer to The Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel.

  • Check into deluxe king rooms and optional activities available this afternoon. Tonight is your chance to meet everyone with a group cocktail party and multiple-course dinner at the hotel.

Day 2 – Saturday, August 15

  • Banff – breakfast included in the hotel during normal restaurant hours every day of the tour

  • Morning transfer to play 18 holes at Stewart Creek, the gorgeous mountain course in nearby Canmore. Free evening.

Day 3 – Sunday, August 16

  • Banff – breakfast included. Golf today on the famous and beautiful Banff Springs GC, free afternoon for optional activities in Banff.

Day 4 – Monday, August 17

  • Breakfast included – then check out and motorcoach to the Columbia Icefields for a glacier tour on a giant snowcat.

  • Continue to The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge to check in and optional golf is available, time permitting. Dinner is included each night in Jasper.

Day 5 – Tuesday, August 18

  • Jasper – breakfast included in the hotel and golf today on one of our favorite Canadian courses: The Jasper Park GC. Afternoon is free and evening dinner at your leisure.

Day 6 – Wednesday, August 19

  • Breakfast included – check out and drive south to the stunning Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, overlooking the beautiful alpine blue glacier melt waters.

  • This afternoon consider a canoe tour on the lake, before a group dinner at the hotel where we’ll discuss the train details for the next couple days.

Day 7 – Thursday, August 20

  • Morning check out and pack an overnight bag with necessary items for the train. Short transfer to the rail station and embark on the Rocky Mountaineer Gold Leaf service (first class) train through the mountains and scenic valleys to Kamloops

  • Food and drinks are included onboard the glass dome train. Overnight at a hotel in Kamloops and dinner on your own.

Day 8 – Friday, August 21

  • Breakfast included – board the train for the 2nd half scenic journey all the way to Vancouver. Food and drinks are included onboard the glass dome train. 

  • Arrive in Vancouver and motorcoach to the Fairmont Chateau Whistler to check in.

Day 9 – Saturday, August 22

  • Whistler – Breakfast included – first round of British Columbia golf today on the Chateau Whistler GC. Afternoon and evening free.

Day 10 – Sunday, August 23

  • Whistler – Breakfast included – play the challenging Nicklaus North GC in Whistler. Afternoon free and group farewell cocktails and dinner party tonight at the hotel.

Day 11 – Monday, August 24

  • After breakfast, check out and group motorcoach drive south to Vancouver Airport YVR for your flight home. Flight schedules will need to be coordinated with the group majority or private transfers may be required for extra cost
