Eden Roc is more like a luxury village than an all-inclusive hotel. Its emphasis on privacy and impeccable service is for those who want space, silence, and discretion.
At Eden Roc Cap Cana, the focus is on providing private and luxurious accommodations for guests. The resort features thirty-two stand-alone Boutique Suites, each with its own private pool, relaxation areas for an In-Suite Spa Experience, and spacious interiors.

The pictures speak for themselves as the facility encapsulates a true Dominican paradise escape.

Eden Roc is not a golf club, but grants guests access to some of the most highly sought-after courses in this part of the Dominican Republic.
The headline course is considered one of the best in the entire Caribbean. Designed in 2006 by Jack Nicklaus, it’s a gorgeous coastal course with 8 holes played directly along the Caribbean Sea. Every single hole on the course has incredible scenery and visuals that are a feast for the eyes that have to be seen to be believed.
Rightfully called the most beautiful course in the Caribbean, it’s also played host to multiple Champions Tour events. The course has demanding wind conditions, and there is a high-risk-to-reward element to every hole. The course is not a subtle experience in the slightest, with wow factors behind every corner.
Corales is a PGA Tour course, and as such, it is considered a more modern championship course. Designed by Tom Fazio and opened in 2010, it’s the home of the PGA Tour Corales Puntacana Championship. Six holes play along the ocean, and there is an extremely famous and challenging finishing stretch called the “Devil’s elbow.”
It is currently the only PGA Tour stop in the Dominican Republic and is purpose-built for high-level professional golf. The course as a whole is much more strategic than Punta Espada, with a tough finishing stretch rather than constant pressure from the ocean. Players are rewarded for precision over pure survival golf.
The more relaxed option of the three courses. Designed by P.B.Dye and opened in the early 2000s, the course weaves through tropical dunes, mangroves, and coastline. The course boasts multiple ocean view holes and natural routing through wetlands and tropical terrain.
This is a popular course with resort guests and considered to be the perfect “holiday round,” after the more challenging experiences of Corales and Punta Espada. The course features plenty of wide fairways in many areas and is scenic but much less intimidating.
Eden Roc is not a golf course, so green fees are paid separately at whatever courses you choose to play on. Most guests pay via golf packages or through concierge bookings, and these should be done through operators and well in advance. The vast majority of the time, guests do not just turn up and start playing. The courses enforce the same dress standard: collared poloshirts, golf shorts, trousers, skirts, etc., as well as proper golf shoes.
Eden Roc is around a 15–25 minute drive from Punta Cana International Airport, and there are several options to transfer from there, includin; a private hotel transfer, taxis from the airport, or a private car service booked via a third party.
There are a plethora of nearby courses to enjoy. Some of the top ones we recommend include Dye Fore Golf Course for a cliffside mountain golf experience, Hard Rock Golf Club for a more modern, laid-back, resort-style experience, and Cocotal Golf & Country Club for an accessible, tropical parkland experience.
