By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Premier Golf LLC.
The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age. Premier Golf employees and associates are excluded from the draw.
In order to be entered into the draw, an International Golf Package must be booked with Premier Golf LLC by 02/01/2023, with a minimum of 2 guests traveling, at a minimum value of $3,000.
International golf package includes any destination outside of the United States of America.
All clients who purchase an International Golf Package will be automatically entered into the prize draw. The lead guest will be the named entrant. There is a limit of one entry per booking and one entry per person.
The winning prize will be access to 2x badges for one day at The Masters Tournament 2023, at Augusta National, Georgia.
The use of specific brands as prizes by Premier Golf does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
We reserve the right to select which day of the tournament the badges will provide access to until the announcement is made.
Premier Golf LLC’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
The winner will be chosen at random and notified via the email address provided on conclusion of the competition.
Premier Golf LLC will make two attempts to contact the winner via email.
If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Premier Golf LLC reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.
If the winner is not able to attend the event on the provided ticket day, Premier Golf LLC will not provide alternative dates or cash alternatives.
You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Premier Golf LLC for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing [email protected].
If requested by Premier Golf LLC, the winner agrees to release their first name to any other competition participants.
The winner’s first name and country of residence will be announced on Premier Golf LLC’s website and social media channels.
Premier Golf LLC accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for the prize.
Premier Golf LLC reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
